A fifty-year history of BYU-Hawaii has been in process for a number of years. In 2008 I did the layout and design along with a final edit for a version that has yet to be published. This sample chapter is to show the layout and design work I did. Copying any part of this sample is prohibited.

In 2002 I finished a 126 page history of the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival. The work I did on the history included: research, interviewing, collecting photos, as well as taking photos, writing, editing, design/layout, and seeing it through the publishing process.
From a small beginning in Karen Ashton’s backyard in 1990, the festival has grown into a nationally recognized event that attracts thousands of people to Orem, UT, each August. Copies of the history are available on the festival website: http://www.timpfest.org/store/home.php?cat=3
